  yields **6 stairs** using **6 full blocks**.

With this datapack:

* The same recipe now yields **8 stairs**
* No new shapes or crafting inputs are introduced — it's fully vanilla-compatible.

This tweak applies to **all existing stair types** in the game, including:

* Stone, wood, and sandstone variants
* Quartz, nether brick, red nether brick
* Blackstone, basalt, deep slate variants
* Copper, brick, and more
